Payment
Methods
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express. This also includes bank "debit cards".
Credit Card "billing" addresses must match the card
holder’s shipping address. Orders sent to an address other than
the card billing address must also show the card holder’s address.
We
also accept pre-payment by Money Order, Cashiers Bank Check or
Company Check. Orders will be processed when checks clear. Prepayments
should be sent to Professional Detailing Systems, Inc., 883 Parfet

COD
payments are accepted when paid by Money Order or Cashiers Bank
Check only.
Sorry
no COD’s accepted on any overseas or orders to a foreign country.
Overseas or foreign countries orders accepted when pre-paid by
Wire Transfer to our account. Wire Information is available upon
request. No checks or Credit cards accepted. Order processed once
transfer confirmed.

Shipping
Methods
Most
orders ship within 24-48 hours. Backorders ship as soon as available.
Standard shipping is by UPS Ground service. Other methods of shipping
are available upon request. Shipments to Canada do not include broker
fees, or tax. Most orders over 100-150 lbs. ship by pallet, via
motor freight. 3rd party billing on shipping is accepted when proper
information is received and confirmed.
Overseas
or foreign countries. Shipping will be arranged to the freight forwarder
of your choice. Please be specific on the details as to what documents,
declarations and how many copies are necessary in order for the
shipment to be handled correctly.
Our
prices DO NOT include shipping. If you provide an email address
or fax number an invoice with the amount of your order plus the
shipping cost will be sent. If you wish to be notified of your freight
charges prior to shipping, we must have your email address, fax
number or daytime phone number. Tracking numbers available upon
request. |

Lost
or Damaged Packages
Items damaged in shipment have the base insured amount of $100.00, for additional insured value we will provide a quote. Inspect your order when it arrives. DO NOT sign for a damaged parcel without full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify your local UPS terminal within 24 hrs or call 888-386-1247 for instructions. Please call 888-386-1247 if your order is not received within two weeks. It is most likely lost in transit. Orders may be tracked directly on
www.ups.com
with the package tracking number. We will
furnish that number, or we can track the package for you. Packages
sent by U.S. mail require a 30 day waiting period to file a claim. |

Additional
Fees
Over weight or over sized packages may include an additional UPS fee. NOTE: (UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box address.) Pallet shipments may include "single shipment" or residential charges. All shipping charges include handling & insurance as applicable. Shipping address must be correct. If any part is incorrect or missing, UPS will charge back $5.00 to the customer for the address correction. COD shipments will have an additional $9.50 UPS fee added. Colorado residents must add a 3% sales tax. |

Day Return Guarantee
We
guarantee satisfaction on all our products. If you are not satisfied
with an item and it is in original, resalable condition, call for
a return authorization number within 15 days of receipt. You will
receive return instructions at that time. Special order merchandise
is not returnable. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Call for details. |

Product
Warranties
Product
and equipment warranties are issued by P.D.S. and original equipment
manufacturers. Problems or repairs will be handled by Professional
Dispensing Systems or directly by the manufacturers. We will furnish
phone numbers and contact personnel. All tank sprayers built by
P.D.S are warranted for a period of 90 days of receipt. During this
period we will at our discretion repair, replace, refund or credit
your account.
NOTE: The use of corrosives, acids, high oxidizers will void
any warranties expressed or implied. Use of corrosives, acids, high
oxidizers will cause the stainless steel to eventually break down
and lead to possible leakage or rupture. Consumer assumes full liability
for any harm or damage caused by using corrosives, acids, high oxidizers.
Daily inspections of your sprayer for leakage, damage, loose fittings
or other noticeable defects will help the longevity of this product.
Damage caused by misuse or abuse will not be covered. |
