5 Gallon (reconditioned tank) Chemical Sprayer designed to meet your application needs. These sprayers have no hand pumps, as they work using compressed air only. A single charge of compressed air will empty the contents. Sprayers can last a lifetime with little maintenance. Seals come standard in Viton® and we have EPDM seals for special applications.

A simple tire type of air inlet valve (Schrader valve), allows the tank to be pressurized up to 100-125psi. Built in pressure relief valve keeps tank from being over-pressurized. Tanks are made of 304 food grade stainless steel. Dimensions are 8.5" diameter X 25" tall. In the field a small 12 volt portable tire inflator that can plug into any accessory/lighter socket will pressurize the tanks quickly and easily. No need to buy a large expensive compressor.

We have used these in house for over 25 years with our original sprayer still in use today. We offer custom versions to fit your special needs. Options include: double hoses, hoses in custom lengths, special nozzles, extension wands and plastic or metal spray guns. WARNING: Tanks are not compatible with corrosive acids such as aluminum brighteners or high oxidizers such as bleach. Use of such products can cause the tanks to corrode and cause injury or death. No warranty or liability will be accepted for such misuse. If you are unsure about a chemicals compatibility, check with the manufacture and note that the tanks are made of 304 stainless steel.
