Viton® cover O-ring seals the closure of your tank sprayer holding in the pressurized contents. This material comes standard on all standard sprayer. Select this O-ring if you have problems with stock “EPDM” swelling. Viton is highly resistant to heat and swelling from solvents or alcohol based products.

Viton® is generally compatible with hydrocarbons, but incompatible with ketones such as acetone, and organic acids such as acetic acid.

VITON®: aka PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene that finds numerous applications. PTFE is most well known by the DuPont brand name Teflon®.
